Our work is about cultural change, empowerment, helping people to grow in confidence, to find their voice. This work ensures that diverse voices are heard in business decision making, improving business performance.
Ngunan Adamu
Our work is led by iWoman founder, Ngunan Adamu, who has over 15 years of experience in the media and creative industries as a BBC broadcaster and presenter, and a trainer for BBC World Service journalists from around the world. Ngunan is a passionate equality, diversity and inclusion champion, and a specialist in driving forward cultural change.
Ngunan believes in paying it forward and is a volunteer board member of Sandford St Martins Trust, Baltic Creative CIC, Storyhouse Theatre, The Comedy Trust, Women in Prison and a mentor for Woman of Colour Global Network.
We deliver bespoke high-impact leadership training that provides women with skills, a platform to amplify their voices and builds a sense of community. Our leadership and EDI work is a partnership between ourselves and the people we work with, co-created to ensure that the work achieves the right outcomes for participants and the business.
We also offer media and podcast training courses for individuals, through our iWoman Academy.
At our core, our work, champions and advocates for women’s empowerment and raises the bar for all women by providing targeted support to those who need it most.
