Meet the Visionary
Behind iWoman
Ngunan Adamu is a BBC trained journalist, broadcaster and international multimedia trainer, best known as the founder and CEO of iWoman Media and iWoman Academy, a social enterprise empowering women through media, leadership and confidence-building programmes. Drawing on more than a decade in radio and production at the BBC, she created iWoman as a platform for women, particularly those from underserved communities to develop skills in journalism, podcasting and personal storytelling while building a supportive sisterhood. Her work spans corporate training, community engagement and global programmes, all centred on amplifying women’s voices and helping them step into their power as leaders.
